What is it?

  • 12 weeks of hands-on group coaching, limited to 5 individuals

  • I want you to come into this with a primary goal we can smash, and secondary priorities we need to maintain throughout

  • The library of sessions are pre-planned but individual guidance on which sessions to select for yourself (based on where you're at, individual archetype and primary goal), and how to perform them, 

  • 1hr weekly group call, to ensure you're skinning training optimally (weekly training split, session selection, progressions etc.) directed at attaining your goal
