Here's what you get when you train with Valiturus

After our initial video chat where we will discuss your training history, goals, current lifestyle, training preferences etc etc. You will be on your way.

​

Running coaching is delivered via TrainingPeaks & strength coaching is delivered via Train Heroic, with plans updated weekly and revised daily “on-the-fly” when needed.

​

  • Run sessions sync with your watch, and data flows straight back to me post-run so I can keep an eye on everything. If you're stressed, had a rough night of sleep, a long day at work, or your Achilles starts talking back, we’ll adjust in real time - the way coaching should be.​​​​​​

​

  • Drills, plyometrics & sprints will be prescribed as a pre-run warm-up to develop running economy, improve speed, reduce the risk of injury, and adjust technique (if necessary).​

​

  • Strength sessions are solely mobility & strength training.

​

  • Endless video revision for coaching and cueing the technique of lifts, drills, plyometrics and sprints. If your running technique needs to be altered as well, we will also consistently assess that and implement specific drills.

​

You’ll also have full access to me, 24/7.

​

  • Don’t hesitate to send me a voice note at 3 am if you have a question or a problem. I’m in your corner the whole way. I’ll be checking in with you regularly, reviewing videos, making training adjustments, and helping you problem-solve.​
